Mum of girl fatally 'catapulted' from show ride asked staff to secure daughter, inquest told

A ride which caused the death of Adelene Leong at the 2014 Royal Adelaide Show had been "plagued by complaints", and the victim's mother had asked ride staff to better secure the girl before she was killed, a coronial inquest hears.
